Shipping Policy

Every Dusk Ivory order is prepared with care. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives, we want the experience to feel considered.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take an additional day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

All orders ship from the United States.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150 USD. For orders under $150, a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99 applies.

Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package through the carrier's website. If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days of shipment, please contact us at Hello@duskivory.com.

Carrier Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Dusk Ivory is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package is in transit. This includes delays due to weather, customs processing, or carrier volume.

International Shipping

At this time, Dusk Ivory ships exclusively within the United States. We are working to expand our reach and will update this page when international shipping becomes available.
